Removal Deadline: removal must be completed within 21 calendar days from Pipe Market invoice date.

Danos Amelia Loading Terms

Loading: Buyer must contract Danos Amelia to load out. All loading costs are to be paid by the buyer to the storage yard prior to loading. Danos Amelia loading fees are stated below.  Buyer trucks must have 4ft channel iron pipe stakes, headache racks and loading supplies: dunnage (6”x6)”, stripping (6”x6”), choks and hammer/nails. Trucks that do not have 4ft channel iron pipe stakes and the required supplies will be turned away. Buyer must schedule removal 48 hours in advance. Danos Amelia will provide loading hours when scheduled. Buyer truck must provide Pipe Market Release upon arrival.

Forklift with operator =$120/Hour
Rigger = $38/Hour
Supervisor =$48/Hour
*Crane=$360/Hour
*Some pipe will have to be loaded with a crane. The crane fee is in lieu of the forklift hr rate. Rigger and Supervisor is required for forklift and crane ops - Approximately 200jts of the 10 NPS will require a crane. 14ts of 10 NPS per truck at approx. 25 minutes per truck.

PPE: All visitors, whether for pickup or inspection, must wear a mask, long pants, reflective vest, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves and steel toes.

Awarded Buyer is required to sign the Murphy Oil Bill of Sale.

General Terms

All pipe is sold As-Is, Where-Is.

All winning Buyers will be invoiced at time of Seller award.

Payment: Wire transfer within 3 business days from invoice date.

Buyer’s Premium: 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the purchase price as bid.

Claim Period: Buyer’s must communicate discrepancies to support@pipemarket.com in writing within 2 business days from the removal date or removal deadline, whichever occurs first. Buyer’s need to reference the Pipe Market Lot # and provide documentation to support the claim (e.g. digital pictures, certified weight tickets).
