Buyer must complete removal within 21 calendar days from the Pipe Market Invoice date.

Buyer must contract Patterson Tubular Services to loadout. All loading costs are to be paid by the buyer to Patterson Tubular Services prior to loading. Patterson Tubular Services loading charges during normal business hours are $450.00 per truckload with no Check and Tally, or $495.00 per truckload with Check and Tally. Loading charges during overtime hours are $675 per truckload with no Check and Tally, or $675.00 + $67.50 with Check and Tally. Payment must be received prior to loadout. Buyer is responsible for securing the load and all transportation costs. Buyer trucks must have 4ft pipe stakes and provide loading supplies: dunnage (4x4’s, 2x4's), stripping, chocks, and hammer/nails. Buyer must schedule removal 4 days in advance. Buyer truck driver must provide Pipe Market Release to pipe yard at time of pickup. Hours of operation: Mon.Fri. 7:00AM - 4:00PM. Any load out after 4:00PM will require prior approval and overtime charges. Trucks must arrive and check in prior to 2:00pm to be loaded the same day. PPE: All visitors, whether for pickup or inspection, must be wearing long pants, long sleeves, reflective vest, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves and steel toes.
