Lot Terms
Removal Deadline: Removal must be completed within 21 calendar days from Pipe Market invoice date.
Buyer’s truck drivers must comply with Petroleum Services, Inc. yard rules - Click here to download Petroleum Services, Inc. yard rules.
Buyer must schedule removal 24 hours in advance. PSI shipping hours are Mon-Fri 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Trucks must be at the yard by 2:00 PM to get loaded. Buyer must contract PSI to load. PSI loading fees are $450.00/truckload. PSI loading fees must be paid to PSI prior to removal. After hours & weekend loading will include call out fee of $600.00. No truck drivers are permitted in the building, truck drivers must remain in their truck.
Awarded Buyer is required to sign the Bell Supply Company Bill of Sale.
PPE: All visitors, whether for pickup or inspection, must wear long pants, long sleeve shirt, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves and steel toes.
General Terms
All pipe is sold As-Is, Where-Is.
All winning Buyers will be invoiced at time of Seller award.
Payment: Wire transfer within 3 business days from invoice date.
Buyer’s Premium: 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the purchase price as bid.
Claim Period: Buyer’s must communicate discrepancies to support@pipemarket.com in writing within 2 business days from the removal date or removal deadline, whichever occurs first. Buyer’s need to reference the Pipe Market Lot # and provide documentation to support the claim (e.g. digital pictures, certified weight tickets).
