General Terms

Removal Deadline: removal must be completed within 21 calendar days from Pipe Market invoice date.

Frontier Tubular Solutions loadout requirements for tubing & casing sales:

1) Regular hours of operation: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday – Friday. Loadout fee is $350.00 per truck, add $0.75 per joint for tally. Loading outside of regular hours of operation: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday – Friday is charged at overtime rates. Get overtime loading fees from Frontier Tubular Solutions. All loadout fees must be pre-paid via ACH or wire.

2) For each awarded buyer – yard will load a maximum of 4 trucks per day.

3) Trucks must have their own 4ft Pipe stakes, must be steel, no exceptions. Also, trucks must have (4) 4X4’s & (9) 2x4 ‘s.

4) Frontier Tubular Solutions will not be responsible for damage to aluminum trailers.

5) Tubing not picked up after 30 days will be charged a storage fee of $300.00 per rack per month.

6) Required safety attire: steel toe boots, hard hat, safety vest, & safety glasses.

7) Hours of operation: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday – Friday. IMPORTANT – Trucks must arrive by 3:00 PM to be loaded same day. Permian Enterprises charges a call out fee to load outside of normal hours of operation in addition to overtime load out fees.

8) Loading must be scheduled 24 hours in advance.

All winning Buyers will be invoiced at time of Seller award.

Payment: Wire transfer within 3 business days from invoice date.

Buyer’s Premium: 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the purchase price as bid.

Claim Period: Buyer’s must communicate discrepancies to support@pipemarket.com in writing within 2 business days from the removal date or removal deadline, whichever occurs first. Buyer’s need to reference the Pipe Market Lot # and provide documentation to support the claim (e.g. digital pictures, certified weight tickets).
