Removal Deadline: Removal must be completed within 21 calendar days from Pipe Market invoice date.
Loading: Buyer must contract TRC Yard to loadout. All loading costs are to be paid by the buyer TRC Yard prior to loading. TRC Yard regular hours of operation loading charges are $250.00/Truckload. Buyers need to get after hours and holiday loading fees directly from TRC.
Buyer trucks must have 4ft pipe stakes and loading supplies: dunnage, stripping, choks, hammer/nails and enough straps to properly secure the load. Drivers must drive 5 mph in the yard. Buyer must schedule removal 48 hours in advance. Hours of operation: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, latest time to begin loadout is 3:00 PM. Buyer truck must provide Pipe Market Release prior to entering the yard.
PPE: All visitors, whether for pickup or inspection, must be wearing face mask, long pants, long sleeves, reflective vest, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves and steel toes.
General Terms
All pipe is sold As-Is, Where-Is.
All winning Buyers will be invoiced at time of Seller award.
Payment: Wire transfer within 3 business days from invoice date.
Buyer’s Premium: 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the purchase price as bid.
Claim Period: Buyer’s must communicate discrepancies to support@pipemarket.com in writing within 2 business days from the removal date or removal deadline, whichever occurs first. Buyer’s need to reference the Pipe Market Lot # and provide documentation to support the claim (e.g. digital pictures, certified weight tickets).
