Lot Terms
Removal must be completed within 21 calendar days from Pipe Market invoice date.
Seller will load Buyer’s trucks at no charge, if scheduled at least 3 business days in advance. Loading is by appointment only, any trucks that arrive without an appointment will be turned away. Buyer trucks need to wait outside of the yard, Seller will instruct where to enter and stage for loading. Buyer must supply the Seller contact the company & driver’s name when scheduling.
Buyer trucks must have 4ft pipe stakes and provide loading supplies: dunnage (4x4’s, 2x4's), stripping, choks and hammer/nails. Buyer truck driver must provide Pipe Market Release to pipe yard at time of pickup. Hours of operation: M-TH 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM MST.
This lot is sold As Is, Where Is based solely on R-2 joint count & Sucker Rod count. Variance claims will be calculated based on estimated weight * achieved price per pound.
PPE: All visitors, whether for pickup or inspection, must wear long pants, reflective vest, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves and steel toes.
NORM: All items brought into and leaving the facility are tested for NORM contamination. No joints above the local background radiation levels are sold out of this facility. Should any pipe read as NORM contaminated in an area with lower background radiation levels the buyer is responsible for any remediation or disposal.

All winning Buyers will be invoiced at time of Seller award.
Payment: Wire transfer within 3 business days from invoice date.
Buyer’s Premium: 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the purchase price as bid.
Claim Period: Buyer’s must communicate discrepancies to support@pipemarket.com in writing within 2 business days from the removal date or removal deadline, whichever occurs first. Buyer’s need to reference the Pipe Market Lot # and provide documentation to support the claim (e.g. digital pictures, certified weight tickets).
