Lot Terms
Buyer must complete removal of the entire lot inventory by April 12, 2023.
LOADOUT: This lot will be loaded onto Buyer's truck free of charge, if scheduled 48 hours in advance. Buyer is responsible for securing the load and all transportation costs. BUYER TRUCKS MUST HAVE UPRIGHT 4 FOOT PIPE STAKES (3"x 3" TUBULAR STEEL) THAT ARE INSTALLED THROUGH THE RAIL AND SECURED TO THE TRAILER AS SEEN IN PHOTOS ON PAGE 3 OF THE TRUCK DRIVER YARD REQUIREMENTS DOCUMENT. Additionally, Buyer trucks must provide loading supplies: dunnage (4x4’s, 2x4's), stripping, choks (plastic with 2 nail holes or wood with 3 nail holes) and hammer/nails. SEE MB Yard Truck Driver Requirements page 3.
Buyer truck driver must provide Pipe Market Release to pipe yard at time of pickup. Hours of operation: Monday-Saturday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Loading is by appointment only.
PPE: All visitors, whether for pickup or inspection, must wear Hi-visibility vest, Long pants, Long-sleeved shirt, Hard hat, Safety glasses with side shields, Safety toed footwear, Gloves. Buyer is responsible for signing the Seller’s Bill of Sale.
Buyer’s Truck Drivers are required to follow all Yard Requirements & Safety Requirements. Buyer must download and provide the below documents to all drivers that will enter the Dayton, TX yard. All Truck Drivers must review, complete sign and date each document prior to entering the Dayton, TX yard.

Payment: Wire transfer within 3 business days from invoice date.
Buyer’s Premium: 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the purchase price as bid.
Claim Period: Buyer’s must communicate discrepancies to support@pipemarket.com in writing within 2 business days from the removal date or removal deadline, whichever occurs first. Refunds will be calculated based solely on weight. Buyer’s need to reference the Pipe Market Lot # and provide documentation to support the claim (e.g. digital pictures, certified weight tickets).
