Lot Terms
Buyer must complete removal within 21 calendar days from the Pipe Market Invoice date.
Buyer must contract Tuboscope Amelia to load out. All loading costs are to be paid by the buyer to the storage yard prior to loading. Tuboscope Amelia loading charges are $0.94/cwt with a $300.00 minimum. Buyer trucks must have 4ft channel iron pipe stakes or better, headache racks and loading supplies: dunnage (4x4’s, 2x4’s), stripping, chocks and hammer/nails. Trucks that do not have 4ft channel iron pipe stakes and the required supplies, or trucks with smashed ppe into the trailer pockets will be turned away. Buyer must schedule removal 48 hours in advance. Buyer can only schedule up to 4 truckloads per day. Hours of operation: Monday-Thursday 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Buyer truck must provide Pipe Market Release & Tuboscope Amelia Release Number when signing in at the front office, prior to entering the yard.
PPE: All visitors, whether for pickup or inspection, must be wearing long pants, long sleeves, reflective vest, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves and steel toes.

All pipe is sold As-Is, Where-Is.
All winning Buyers will be invoiced at time of Seller award.
Payment: Wire transfer within 3 business days from invoice date.
Buyer’s Premium: 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the purchase price as bid.
Claim Period: Buyer’s must communicate discrepancies to support@pipemarket.com in writing within 2 business days from the removal date or removal deadline, whichever occurs first. Buyer’s need to reference the Pipe Market Lot # and provide documentation to support the claim (e.g. digital pictures, certified weight tickets).
