Lot Terms

General Terms

Line Pipe Application Restriction: All lots are sold without MTRs. All pipe included in all 3 lots is restricted from being used for pressurized pipeline applications in The United States of America.

Awarded Buyer of Lot 230810-01 has the option of purchasing as many subsequent lots as they wish at the high bid amount per Net Ton. Awarded Buyer must purchase in sequential lot order (e.g. Buyer cannot win Lot 230810-01 and only purchase Lot 230810-03 in addition). Awarded Buyer has 24 hours from Lot 230810-01 award notification to commit to purchasing additional lots. Payment on all lot purchases is wire transfer within 3 business days from the invoice date. 

Storage fees: Buyer will be invoiced on the first of each month for storage through December, 2024, or until SRS confirms all pipe included in the lot is removed, whichever occurs first. The monthly storage fees are as follows: Lot 23810-01 $17,000.00/month, Lot 230810-02 $15,000.00/month, Lot 230810-03 $18,000.00/month. The first lease invoice will be November 1, 2023.

Loading & Cutting: Buyers are encouraged to contract SRS for loading (truck and/or rail) and torch cutting and shearing if requested. SRS will schedule all loading, cutting, shearing on a first-come, first-served basis. Buyers have the option of getting rail and/or truck freight quotes from SRS too.
