Lot Terms
Buyer must complete removal within 21 calendar days from the Pipe Market Invoice date.
LOADOUT: Buyers must email avillanueva@lufkin.com or call Antonio Villanueva 210-564-4738 to schedule loading. Buyer must contract Lufkin to loadout. Lufkin loading charges $0.45/rod. All loading costs are to be paid by the buyer to Lufkin prior to loading. Buyer trucks must have 4ft pipe stakes and provide loading supplies: dunnage (10 long 4x4’s), stripping, choks and hammer/nails. Buyer truck driver must provide Pipe Market Release to pipe yard at time of pickup. Hours of operation: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Latest time to begin loadout id 4:30PM. Loading is by appointment only, Buyer must schedule loading 24 hours in advance.
PPE: All visitors, whether for pickup or inspection, must wear long pants, reflective vest, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves and steel toes.
General Terms
All pipe is sold As-Is, Where-Is.
All winning Buyers will be invoiced at time of Seller award.
Payment: Wire transfer within 3 business days from invoice date.
Buyer’s Premium: 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the purchase price as bid.
Claim Period: Buyer’s must communicate discrepancies to support@pipemarket.com in writing within 2 business days from the removal date or removal deadline, whichever occurs first. Buyer’s need to reference the Pipe Market Lot # and provide documentation to support the claim (e.g. digital pictures, certified weight tickets). All Variance claims will be based solely on theoretical weight – not size/wall thickness.
