Lot Terms

Buyer must complete removal or complete a transfer of ownership within 21 calendar days from the Pipe Market Invoice date.

Tuboscope Sheldon Lot Terms:
Buyer must contract to load trucks. Tuboscope loading fees are $1.15/cwt. Minimum charge is $287.50/truckload. Schedule Loadout 24hrs in Advance. Truck driver must present Pipe Market Material Release. The Tuboscope Release Number will be stated on the Pipe Market Material Release. Tuboscope regular hours of operation M-F 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Any loading performed outside of M-F 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM will be charged at overtime fee rates.

PPE: All visitors, whether for pickup or inspection, long pants, long sleeves, reflective vest, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves and steel toes.

K&B Lot Terms:
This lot will be loaded onto Buyer's truck free of charge, if scheduled 48 hours in advance. Buyer is responsible for securing the load and all transportation costs. Buyer trucks must have 4ft pipe stakes and provide loading supplies: dunnage (4x4’s, 2x4's), stripping, chocks, and hammer/nails. Loading is by appointment only, buyer must schedule loading 48hrs in advance. Hours of operation: M-F 7:00AM - 4:00PM. Buyer truck driver must provide Pipe Market Release to pipe yard at time of pickup. Drivers will have to sign in with their Reservation Number and appt time given when appts are scheduled. Buyer must review and comply to the K&B "Shipping & Receiving Instructions" document. Awarded Buyer is required to sign the Shell Bill of Sale and Purchase Agreement.

PPE: All visitors, whether for pickup or inspection, must wear long pants, reflective vest, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, and steel toes.

All winning Buyers will be invoiced at time of Seller award.

Payment: Wire transfer within 3 business days from invoice date.

Buyer’s Premium: 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the purchase price as bid.

Claim Period: Buyer’s must communicate discrepancies to support@pipemarket.com in writing within 2 business days from the removal date or removal deadline, whichever occurs first. Buyer’s need to reference the Pipe Market Lot # and provide documentation to support the claim (e.g. digital pictures, certified weight tickets). All variance claims will be based solely on theoretical weight - not size/wall thickness.
