Lot Terms
Quoted delivered via rail to Buyer’s selected delivery point rail siding. Buyer is responsible for unloading railcars at the selected rail siding delivery point. Note: pipe purchased must be shipped promptly once released, pipe may not be stored at the storage location.
All visitors, whether for pickup or inspection, must be wearing long pants, long sleeves, reflective vest, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves and steel toes.

All winning Buyers will be invoiced at time of Seller award.
Payment: Wire transfer within 3 business days from invoice date.
Awarded Buyer is required to sign the TCE Bill of Sale.
Claim Period: Buyer’s must communicate discrepancies to support@pipemarket.com in writing within 2 business days from the final delivery date. Buyer’s need to reference the Pipe Market Lot # and provide documentation to support the claim (e.g. digital pictures, certified weight tickets).
