Lot Terms
Buyer must complete removal within 21 calendar days from the Pipe Market Invoice date.
NORM: All items brought into and leaving the facility are tested for NORM contamination. No joints above the local background radiation levels are sold out of this facility. Should any pipe read as NORM contaminated in an area with lower background radiation levels the buyer is responsible for any remediation or disposal
LOADOUT: Seller will cover the cost of loadout. Buyer is responsible for securing the load and all transportation costs. Buyer trucks must have 4ft pipe stakes and provide loading supplies: dunnage (4x4’s, 2x4's), stripping, choks and hammer/nails. Bunning Transfer does not take responsibility for aluminum trailer damage due to improper equipment (e.g. poor-quality pipe stakes, damaged pin pockets, etc.) Drop deck trailers must have proper risers. Buyer truck driver must provide Pipe Market Release to pipe yard at time of pickup. Loading is by appointment only, Buyer must schedule loading 48 hours in advance. Hours of operation: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Note: all trucks must stop outside of the gates on the road and wait to be instructed on where to go next. Any trucks that pull onto the premises without being instructed to do so will be sent to the back of the line.
PPE: All visitors, whether for pickup or inspection, must be wearing long pants, long sleeves, reflective vest, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves and steel toes.

All winning Buyers will be invoiced at time of Seller award.
Payment: Wire transfer within 3 business days from invoice date.
Buyer’s Premium: 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the purchase price as bid.
Claim Period: Buyer’s must communicate discrepancies to support@pipemarket.com in writing within 2 business days from the removal date or removal deadline, whichever occurs first. Buyer’s need to reference the Pipe Market Lot # and provide documentation to support the claim (e.g. digital pictures, certified weight tickets).
